About me
Throughout my childhood, I did not like sports, and triathlon was out of the question. I even skipped physical education classes in school. Pursuing a career in sports seemed foreign to me.
In 2017, I joined a local gym hoping to lose weight, took five training sessions with a personal trainer, and that's when my sports journey began, so to speak. I say "so to speak" because the first six months were unproductive, and it wasn't until then that I decided to learn more about training processes and nutrition. I lost 14 kilograms and then started intense strength training, and most importantly - I finally began to enjoy the training process.
In the spring of 2019, I got back on my bike just because I wanted to ride with friends, without any sports ambitions. However, the desire to participate in races started to surface. The same summer, I volunteered at the Ironman 70.3 as I was collecting certificates for my university portfolio, and I really liked everything about it. Especially the backpacks, so I actually got into the triathlon because of the beautiful backpacks. In September of the same year, I joined a triathlon club and began a new chapter in my life. My swimming was terrible, resembling that of a shipwreck victim, and I simply hated running.
In March 2021, I finished my first half-Ironman with the fourth result in my age category, and in the summer, I completed a full Ironman on the island of Lanzarote, considered one of the toughest races in the Ironman series in the world. Since 2021, I have also been competing for the university triathlon team. Within a year, I qualified for my first half Ironman world championship.
Throughout my journey, I learned and tried to get knowledge from all possible sources, delving deeper into the physiology of the training process. I am currently a student at the University of British Columbia, Department of Kinesiology, specializing in neuro-mechanical and physiological sciences. I am also USAT certified coach.

Mission
My mission is to help athletes to achieve their full potential through quality coaching and an evidence-based approach. At the core is the desire to help athletes reach their maximum performance in triathlon. My coaching methods are based on scientific evidence to ensure that my athletes get the most efficient training possible that corresponds to their goals and lifestyle. At the same time, I want to provide a holistic approach to training that prioritizes my athletes' health, well-being, and success. I am committed to helping them achieve their goals and reach their full potential on and off the field.
